In 1974, Block-I was constructed, providing additional classrooms and facilities to accommodate the increasing number of students. This expansion allowed the school to further enhance its educational offerings and create a conducive learning environment.

In 1980, FG Public School No 4 Girls made its first appearance in the Federal Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (FBISE) examinations. This milestone showcased the school's commitment to academic excellence and its student's dedication to their studies.

Two years later, 1982, Block-II was constructed, adding 12 classrooms and a laboratory to the school's infrastructure. This expansion enabled the institution to offer a wider range of subjects and practical learning experiences, ensuring a comprehensive education for its students.

In 1992, a double-story Block-III was built, providing further space for classrooms and administrative facilities. This development allowed the school to accommodate a growing student population while maintaining its commitment to quality education.

Recognizing the importance of practical sciences, the school constructed a Chemistry/Bio Lab in 2006. This addition facilitated hands-on learning and scientific experimentation, enriching the educational experience of the student studying chemistry and biology.

Shakira Ejaz (PhD in Management Science & Engineering) are playing a very constructive role in different spheres of life.
